Squarespace Template Purchase Policy: Upon purchasing a Squarespace Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website. Please note that the template will not be added to an existing website unless you opt for an Install Package add-on. While we endeavor to send your template within 48 hours, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If it has been over 48 hours and you have not received your template, kindly submit a support ticket. Please be aware that there may be delays over weekends or holidays. Once the template is added to your account, it becomes your responsibility to add your own content and make edits to the site. Any accidental changes made to the template cannot be reversed by us. The purchase of a Template includes your chosen template sent to you only once. If you accidentally make changes to your template and require it to be sent again, or if you fail to accept the invitation to your new template within 15 days of purchase and your free trial expires, you will need to repurchase the template for us to prepare and send it again. Your template will be added to your account with a free trial. If this trial expires and Squarespace marks your website for deletion, you will need to repurchase the template for us to resend it. To avoid your trial expiring, you may request a trial extension from Squarespace support or upgrade your site to a paid plan.
